Orders

Within a 15 mile radius, orders will be delivered free of charge on our own fleet.

Orders over a 15 mile radius will be delivered by one of our nominated partners and you will be notified via email or SMS the date of your delivery. Please note delivery times are 0700 to 1700 and we will so far as is possible, provide a 1 hour delivery slot on the day of your delivery.

All deliveries are made to the front door of the property and our drivers will not enter your premises under any circumstance, if you require assistance with larger orders, please contact the delivery team on 01322 930928 who will be happy to discuss options with you.

Deliveries will not be left unattended, if you are not able to take the delivery on the date advised, please contact our delivery team on 01322 930928 who will happily reschedule to a new date.

Drivers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes whilst orders are checked, any damages or imperfections must be reported at the point of delivery.
